The room I had was reasonably large with uzbekh touches and the staff was experienced. Location: the hotel was just next door to the historic centre of Bukhara, and all the main areas of interest in town.

Loved the "free continental breakfast" that consisted of a tiny croissant and a stale slice of toast. The "free WiFi" was so slow, I had time to knit a scarf while waiting for a page to load. The "tour desk" double booked my excursion and blamed it on my lack of wand-waving skills.
Vibrant atmosphere with construction noise from dawn till dusk, because who doesn't enjoy waking up to the sound of jackhammers?

The hotel was a fabulous base for exploring Bukhara, and we greatly enjoyed it. They gave us a reasonably spacious twin room with a comfortable bed. The staff was very nice and the host, too. We spent 2 lovely days here and would stay here again.
